Burak Başlılar is a civil engineer, real estate developer and healthcare investor with over three decades of experience in construction and project development. A 1995 graduate of Middle East Technical University, he has worked on healthcare, residential, tourism and public projects across Libya, Georgia, Qatar, Kazakhstan and Algeria.
He is a co-founder of BAU International Hospital in Batumi and was an equal investment partner in Porta Batumi Tower. In Kyrenia, he served as investor and contractor for Karmi Villas. He is also the owner of System Defence.
